桂龙止眩汤联合西药治疗肝肾阴虚型椎动脉型颈椎病临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察桂龙止眩汤联合西药治疗肝肾阴虚型椎动脉型颈椎病患者的临床疗效。方法:选择符合纳入标准的60例椎动脉型颈椎病患者,随机分为两组各30例。对照组予甲磺酸倍他司汀片口服,治疗组在对照组基础上加用桂龙止眩汤口服,治疗14天后,比较两组临床症状量化评分(ESCV评分)及临床疗效。结果:治疗组临床总有效率为93.3%,高于对照组的83.3%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);治疗后,两组ESCV评分相较治疗前均升高,且治疗组升高的幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:桂龙止眩汤联合西药治疗肝肾阴虚型椎动脉型颈椎病疗效较好。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Guilong Zhixuan decoction and western medicine on cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type with syndrome of yin deficiency of liver and kidne.Methods:60 cases of eligible patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type were selected and randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral betahistine mesylate tablets,while the treatment group was treated plus with oral Guilong Zhixuan decoction on the basis of control group.After 14 days of treatment,evaluation scale for cervical vertigo score(ESCV score)and clinical efficacy were compared between two groups.Results:The clinical total effective rate of treatment group was 93.3%,which was higher than 83.3%of control group,and the difference was statistically significant compared between two groups(P﹤0.05).After treatment,in both groups,ESCV score was higher than before treatment,and the degree of increase of treatment group was greater than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Guilong Zhixuan decoction and western medicine on cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type with syndrome of yin deficiency of liver and kidne is better.
