摘 要:对箔片含有预变形的多叶箔片气体动压轴承进行研究,将箔片简化为弯曲梁,推导出多叶箔片的变形方程和考虑预变形后的气膜厚度方程。在此基础上,运用牛顿-拉弗森迭代法以及有限差分法将雷诺方程进行离散化,并且将气膜压力和多叶箔片的变形进行双向耦合求解。通过数值计算研究多叶箔片气体动压轴承气膜厚度和气膜压力的分布特点以及转速、偏心率、箔片厚度、长径比、轴承间隙、预变形运行和结构参数对轴承承载力的影响。结果表明:通过减小轴承间隙或增大转速、长径比、预变形、偏心率可增大承载力,在箔片厚度为0.10 mm时,轴承承载力最大。The aerodynamic bearings with multi-leaf foil predeformed are studied.By simplifying the foil as a bending beam,the deformation equation of the foil and the gas film thickness equation considering predeformation are derived.On this basis,the Reynolds equation is discretized by Newton-Raphson iterative method and finite difference method,and the gas film pressure and deformation of the foil are solved by bidirectional coupling.The distribution characteristics of gas film thickness and pressure of the bearings and the influence of operating and structural parameters such as rotational speed,eccentricity,foil thickness,length-diameter ratio,bearing clearance and predeformation on bearing load capacity are studied by numerical calculation.The results show that the load capacity can be increased by reducing bearing clearance or increasing rotational speed,length-diameter ratio,predeformation and eccentricity,and the bearing load capacity reaches its maximum when the thickness of the foil is 0.10 mm.
