摘 要:随着轴承检测手段的发展以及对游隙要求的不断提高,内、外圈沟道表面形貌对轴承游隙的影响越来越不能忽略。本文建立了双半内圈角接触球轴承有限元模型,考虑内、外圈沟道的真实形貌,采用傅里叶分解对内、外圈沟道表面的径向跳动进行处理,并提取出前2阶形貌,分析了不同阶数的形貌对轴承游隙的影响,结果表明:与理想形貌相比,1阶形貌主要对轴承的轴向游隙产生影响,2阶形貌会同时对轴承的轴向游隙和径向游隙产生影响。With the development of detection methods for bearings and the continuous improvement on requirements for clearance,the influence of inner and outer ring surface morphology on bearing clearance cannot be ignored.The finite element model of angular contact ball bearings with two piece inner rings is established,considering the true morphology of inner and outer ring raceways.The surface radial runout of inner and outer rings is processed by Fourier decomposition method,and the first two-order morphology is extracted,and the influence of morphology with different orders on clearance of the bearings is analyzed.The results show that compared with ideal surface morphology,the first-order morphology mainly affects the axial clearance of the bearings,while the second-order morphology will simultaneously affect the axial and radial clearance of the bearings.
