精细化管理在血液净化中心感染防控护理中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的分析精细化管理应用于血液净化中心感染防控中的价值。方法选择2021年9月—2022年9月期间滕州市第一人民医院血液净化中心32名护理人员为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为两组,对照组(n=16)实施传统管理,观察组(n=16)实施精细化管理。比较两组护理人员的核心能力、护理质量评分、管理满意度和院感发生率。结果观察组核心能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的满意度(93.75%)高于对照组(56.25%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。院感发生率对比,观察组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施精细化管理能够有效降低血液净化中心感染发生率,提升医院灭菌消毒质量,能够完善护理服务、提升护理质量、改善就医环境。Objective To analyze the value of fine management applied to infection prevention and control in blood purification centers.Methods 32 nursing staff in the blood purification center of the First People's Hospital of Tengzhou City from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the study subjects and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(n=16)implemented traditional management,and the observation group(n=16)implemented fine management.The core competence,quality of care scores,management satisfaction and incidence of hospitalization were compared between the two groups of nursing staff.Results The core competence score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of care score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Satisfaction of the observation group(93.75%)was higher than that of the control group(56.25%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of the incidence rate of hospitalization,the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of fine management can effectively reduce the incidence of infection in the blood purification center,improve the quality of sterilization and disinfection in the hospital,improve the nursing service,improve the quality of nursing,and improve the medical environment.
