护理风险管理在呼吸内科病房中的价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析护理风险管理方法在呼吸内科的应用效果。方法选取2020年7月—2022年5月在曹县人民医院工作的20名呼吸内科护理人员作为研究对象,以随机数表法作为分组依据,其中施以传统常规护理管理的设为参照组(n=10),施以护理风险管理的设为研究组(n=10),对比两组护理人员护理风险管理事件出现概率、护理质量评分、管理总满意度。结果研究组护理人员护理风险管理事件(护患纠纷、给药错误)出现概率显著低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理人员风险防范、基础护理、消毒隔离以及病房管理评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理人员管理总满意度高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理风险管理方式的合理运用,可将系列护理风险管理事件的概率显著降低,将护理人员护理质量显著提升,从而将护理人员护理管理满意度显著提高。Objective To analyze the application effect of nursing risk management method in respiratory medicine department.Methods Twenty respiratory internal medicine nursing staff working at Caoxian People's Hospital from July 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the research subjects.The random number table method was used as the grouping basis,with the traditional routine nursing management group as the reference group(n=10)and the nursing risk management group as the research group(n=10).The probability of nursing risk management events,nursing quality scores,and overall management satisfaction of the two groups of nursing staff were compared.Results The probability of nursing risk management events(nurse patient disputes,medication errors)among nursing staff in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of risk prevention,basic care,disinfection and isolation,and ward management of nursing staff in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction of nursing staff management in the research group was higher than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The reasonable application of nursing risk management methods can significantly reduce the probability of a series of nursing risk management events,significantly improve the quality of nursing care for nursing staff,and thus significantly improve their satisfaction with nursing management.
