摘 要:目的探讨护士分层管理提高内科护理质量的效果。方法选取2021年1—12月南华附属长沙市中心医院内科工作护士22名与收治的患者70名开展常规护理管理,为常规组。选取2022年1—12月本院内科工作护士22名与收治的患者70名开展护士分层管理,为分层组。比较两种管理方式下的护士测评成绩、护理质量、岗位归属感以及患者管理满意率。结果管理后,分层组的护士测评成绩高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理后,分层组的内科护理质量高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理后,分层组的护士岗位归属感高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理后,分层组的患者管理满意率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在为医院内科管理时,开展常规护理管理与护士分层管理均可发挥管理效果,但后者的效果更高,能够增强护士专业素养,增强内科护理质量,提高岗位归属感,并获得患者的广泛认同。Objective To explore the effect of hierarchical management of nurses on improving the quality of internal medicine nursing.Methods A total of 22 internal medicine nurses and 70 patients from Changsha Central Hospital Affiliated to Nanhua from January to December 2021 were selected to carry out routine nursing management,and they were selected as the conventional group.From January to December 2022,22 internal medicine nurses and 70 patients in this hospital were selected to carry out hierarchical management of nurses,which was a stratified group.The evaluation results,nursing quality,job belonging and satisfaction rate of patients were compared under the two management methods.Results After management,the assessment scores of nurses in stratified group were higher than those in conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,the quality of medical care in stratified group was higher than that in conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,the nurses'job belonging in stratified group was higher than that in conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,the satisfaction rate of patient management in the stratified group was higher than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion When managing the internal medicine department of a hospital,both routine nursing management and nurse hierarchical management can achieve management results,but the latter has a higher effect,which can enhance the professional literacy of nurses,enhance the quality of internal medicine nursing,improve the sense of job ownership,and gain widespread recognition from patients.
