手供一体化联合六西格玛管理模式在手术室器械管理中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨在实施手术室器械管理期间手供一体化+六西格玛管理模式应用价值。方法选取2020年3月—2022年5月泰安市妇幼保健院的500件手术器械以及20名工作人员作为研究对象,以随机数表法分组,其中施以手供一体化模式管理的设为参照组(250件手术器械,10名工作人员),施以手供一体化+六西格玛管理模式管理的设为研究组(250件手术器械,10名工作人员)。对比两组手术室器械清洗、缺陷情况、其他合格率、工作人员工作失误总发生率以及管理质量评分。结果研究组手术器械止血钳合格率、组织钳合格率、持针器合格率、S钩合格率、腔镜合格率均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组手术器械部件不配套、未及时维修、功能不佳、准备不齐全概率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组手术器械遗失损耗率、器械损坏率低于参照组,灭菌合格率以及物品包装合格率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组工作人员工作失误总发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组手术室器械管理环节、手术室器械管理针对性以及手术室器械管理效果评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院在实施手术室器械管理期间,手供一体化+六西格玛管理模式的有效应用,可将手术室器械清洗合格率显著提高,将手术室器械缺陷情况显著改善,从而将手术室器械管理效果显著提升。Objective To explore the value of applying hand-feeding integration+Six Sigma management model during the implementation of operating room instrument management.Methods 500 surgical instruments and 20 staff members from Tai'an Maternal and Child Health Hospital from March 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were grouped using a random number table method,with the reference group(250 surgical instruments and 10 staff members)managed under the hand supply integration mode,and the research group(250 surgical instruments and 10 staff members)managed under the hand supply integration+Six Sigma management mode.Compare the cleaning and defect status of operating room instruments,other qualification rates,total incidence of staff errors,and management quality scores between two groups.Results The qualification rates of surgical instruments such as hemostatic forceps,tissue forceps,needle holders,S-hooks,and endoscopy in the research group were higher than those in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The probability of mismatched surgical instrument components,untimely maintenance,poor functionality,and incomplete preparation in the research group was lower than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The loss and wear rate of surgical instruments and equipment damage rate in the research group were lower than those in the reference group,while the sterilization qualification rate and item packaging qualification rate were higher than those in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of work errors among the research group staff was lower than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The research group scored higher than the reference group in terms of the management of operating room instruments,the pertinence of operating room instrument management,and the effectiveness of operating room instrument management,and the differe
