摘　　要：目的探讨在实施神经内科病房管理期间层级管理方式的应用价值。方法选取2022年1—11月山东国欣颐养集团枣庄中心医院的20名神经内科护理人员作为研究对象;以投掷硬币法作为护理人员管理研究分组依据;其中施以常规管理的设为参照组(n=10);施以层级管理的设为研究组(n=10);对比两组护理人员的管理满意度评分和管理质量评分。结果研究组护理人员管理技术、管理环节、沟通交流以及管理态度评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理人员管理制度、环节规范、管理全面性、管理针对性以及管理有效性评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院在实施神经内科病房护理管理期间,层级管理方式的有效应用,可将神经内科护理人员的管理满意度以及管理质量显著提升,可促进神经内科总体管理效果的显著提升。Objective To explore the application value of hierarchical management during the implementation of neurology ward management.Methods 20 neurology nursing staff from Zaozhuang Central Hospital from January to November 2022 were selected as the research objects;the coin throwing method was used as the basis for the nursing staff management research group;the routine management was set as the reference group(n=10);the nursing staff with hierarchical management was set as the study group(n=10);the management satisfaction score and management quality score of the two groups were compared.Results The score of management technology,management,communication and management attitude of the neurology staff in the study group was higher than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the management system,link regulation,comprehensiveness,management,pertinence and effectiveness of the neurology staff in the study group were higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the implementation of nursing management in the neurology ward,the effective application of hierarchical management can significantly improve the management satisfaction and management quality of nursing staff in the neurology department,and promote the overall management effect of the neurology department.
