摘 要:本文分析了聚晶金刚石复合片钻头(Polycrystalline diamond compact bit,PDC)破岩机制以及钻进过程中所产生的波场特征,采集获得了波场信息丰富的三分量随钻地震数据,经精细预处理后,成功分离获得高信噪比横波信息,基于此求取了精度较高的横波层速度,进而实现了PDC钻头随钻地震资料反射波成像,实现了PDC钻头随钻地震在胜利油田某井区的成功应用。本文技术的成功探索,为我国石油钻井中PDC钻头随钻地震的工程应用指明了方向。Seismic while drilling(SWD)is an interdisciplinary technology integrating oil drilling engineering and seismic exploration.Drill bit SWD(RVSP while drilling)is the main method of SWD technology.Most of the previous research on drill bit SWD technology was mainly based on the rock breaking mechanism of cone bit.With the innovation and development of drilling technology,Polycrystalline Diamond Compact bit(PDC bit)which gradually replaces cone bit in oil drilling,is widely used.The seismic while drilling based on PDC bit mainly needs to use S-wave information.If we continue to use the seismic while drilling acquisition and processing technology based on cone bit mainly receiving P-wave,we can not get ideal results,and this technology is in the exploration stage at home and abroad.In this context,this paper analyzes the rock breaking mechanism of PDC bit and the characteristics of wave field generated in the drilling process,and obtains the three-component SWD data with plenty of wave field information.After preprocessing,the shear wave information with high signal-to-noise ratio is successfully separated.Then the shear wave layer velocity with high precision is obtained,and the reflected wave imaging of PDC bit SWD data is realized.Finally the successful application of PDC bit SWD in a well area of Shengli Oilfield is realized.The successful exploration of this technology points out the direction for the engineering application of PDC bit while drilling seismic in oil drilling in China.
