摘 要:回注污水中的固相悬浮颗粒粒径过大会堵塞储层孔喉通道,造成储层伤害,影响注水开发效果,因此悬浮固相颗粒粒径是油田回注水质评价体系中最重要的指标之一。针对南堡油田中低渗透油藏回注污水中悬浮颗粒对储层伤害规律认识不清的问题,开展了污水回注岩心的流动实验,并运用CT扫描数字岩心分析技术,对A1 (悬浮物颗粒直径≤1μm)、C1(悬浮物颗粒直径≤3μm)两种水质中悬浮颗粒对储层伤害程度及其在储层中的伤害深度进行了定量评价。结果表明:注入水中悬浮颗粒的粒径大小是影响注入性能、储层伤害及驱油效果的重要因素,污水中颗粒直径与储层孔喉直径的匹配关系是悬浮颗粒对储层造成不同伤害的最直接原因,注A1水质污水时,整体体现为贯穿性堵塞伤害,注入井近处为过渡性堵塞;注C1水质污水时,注入井近处为严重堵塞,远处体现为贯穿性堵塞形式;根据实验研究结果,推荐A1水质为南堡油田中低渗透油藏注水水质标准。研究成果可为该类油藏注水开发制定合理的水质指标提供更科学的决策依据及技术支持。Oversized solid suspended particles in reinjected produced water block pore throats of reservoirs,causing reservoir damage and affecting water injection development effect,and therefore suspended solid particles diameter is one of the most important indicators in oilfield reinjected water quality evaluation system.In view of unclear understanding of damage laws of suspended particles in reinjected produced water in low-permeability reservoirs in Nanpu Oilfield,flow experiment of produced water reinjection to cores is carried out,and CT scanning digital core analysis technology is used to quantitatively evaluate damage degree and damage depth in reservoirs of suspended particles in 2 kinds of water quality including A1(suspended solids diameter≤1μm)and C1(suspended solids diam-eter≤3μm).The results show that suspended particles diameter in injected water is an important factor affecting in-jectivity,reservoir damage and displacement effect.Matching relationship between particle diameter in produced water and pore throat diameter in reservoirs is the most direct cause for different damage of suspended particles to reservoirs.Injecting A1 produced water shows generally penetrating blockage damage and transitional blockage near injection wells.Injecting C1 produced water shows serious blockage near injection wells while penetrating blockage away from injection wells.According to experimental research,A1 water is recommended as injected water quality standard for medium-low permeability reservoirs in Nanpu Oilfield.The research provides more scientific decision-making basis and technical support for rational water quality parameters.
