摘  要:为研究纺丝油剂在连续化生产线上使用的最适配制温度、最佳配制方式、最优配制顺序,设计了正交试验,获得8种不同的油剂乳化液样品,对不同样品进行乳化性能研究分析,通过数据对比、筛选,最终得到纺丝油剂满足生产的最佳配制方案,即在先油后水的配制顺序下,按照分步式加入法进行乳化液配制,配制温度控制为40℃,该配制方案目前已在大安、惠大两公司生产线上推广使用。In order to study the optimum temperature,optimum preparation method and optimum preparation sequence of spinning oil used in continuous production line,orthogonal experiments were designed and eight kinds of different oil emulsion samples were obtained.The emulsification performance of different samples were studied and analyzed.Through data comparison and screening,the optimum preparation scheme of spinning oil to meet the production requirements was finally obtained,that is,under the order of adding spinning oil first and then adding water,emulsion was prepared according to the step-by-step addition method,and the preparation temperature was controlled at 40 ℃.The preparation scheme has been promoted and used in the production lines of DA-AN and HUI-DA.
