摘 要:为了找到碳纤维工业化生产过程中对批量聚合液与原丝品质便捷、准确、快速检测评价的方法,将傅里叶近红外光谱检测技术应用于干喷湿纺聚丙烯腈聚合液的固含量和原丝含油率、含水率的检测中,并与干燥失重法和索氏萃取法进行了对比,试验结果表明,傅里叶近红外光谱检测方法可以成功配套高效、大规模的高性能碳纤维生产工艺,满足高频次样品快速检测需求。In order to find a convenient,accurate and rapid method to detect and evaluate the quality of batch polymerization liquid and precursor filaments during the industrial production of carbon fibers,Fourier near infrared spectroscopy was applied to the determination of solid content of the dry-wet spinning polyacrylonitrile polymer,and oil content and water content of the precursor filaments,and was compared with dry weight loss method and Soxhlet extraction method.The test results show that Fourier near-infrared spectroscopy detection method can successfully support efficient,large-scale high-performance carbon fibers production process,and meet the needs of rapid detection of high frequency samples.
