摘 要:本试验旨在研究一种新型右旋糖酐铁对哺乳仔猪生长性能、免疫性能以及铁代谢的影响。选择18窝3日龄、平均体重[(1.77±0.53)kg]相近的健康杜长大哺乳仔猪,随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复1窝仔猪。对照组不注射补铁剂,普通右旋糖酐铁组每头仔猪注射2 mL普通右旋糖酐铁注射剂,新型右旋糖酐铁组每头仔猪注射2 mL新型右旋糖酐铁注射剂。试验期为21 d。结果表明:1)新型右旋糖酐铁组仔猪平均日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),断奶重比对照组提高15.50%。2)新型右旋糖酐铁组仔猪皮毛评分在试验第7、14天时显著高于普通右旋糖酐铁组和对照组(P<0.05),第21天时皮毛评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。3)与对照组相比,新型右旋糖酐铁组仔猪血液白细胞数、红细胞数和血红蛋白含量显著提高(P<0.05),血小板数显著降低(P<0.05)。4)新型右旋糖酐铁组仔猪血清白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的含量较其他2组显著降低(P<0.05),免疫球蛋白A(IgA)含量较其他2组显著提高(P<0.05),新型右旋糖酐铁组仔猪血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量较对照组显著提高(P<0.05)。5)新型右旋糖酐铁组仔猪血清转铁蛋白、铁及肝脏铁含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),肝脏铁调素基因相对表达量较对照组显著上调(P<0.05)。由此可见,新型右旋糖酐铁注射剂对比普通右旋糖酐铁注射剂可显著提高哺乳仔猪生长性能和免疫功能,同时能有效改善哺乳仔猪机体铁代谢水平。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of a new type of dextran iron on growth performance,immune performance and iron metabolism of suckling piglets.Eighteen litters of 3-day-old healthy suckling piglets with an average body weight of(1.77±0.53)kg were randomly divided into 3 groups with 6 replicates per group and 1 litter per replicate.The trial lasted for 21 days.The control group was not in-jected with iron supplement,each piglets in the common dextran iron group were injected with 2 mL of com-mon dextran iron supplement,and each piglets in the new dextran iron group were injected with 2 mL of new dextran iron supplement.The results showed as follows:1)the average daily gain of piglets in the new iron dextran group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the weaning weight of piglets in the new iron dextran group was increased by 15.50%.2)The fur score of piglets in new iron dextran group at days 7 and 14 was significantly higher than that in ordinary iron dextran group and control group(P<0.05),and the fur score at day 21 was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).3)Compared with the control group,the white blood cell count,red blood cell count and hemoglobin content of piglets in new iron dextran group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the platelet count was significantly de-creased(P<0.05).4)Compared with the other two treatment groups,the contents of interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6)in serum of piglets in new iron dextran group were significantly decreased(P<0.05),the immunoglobulin A(IgA)content was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the serum immuno-globulin G(IgG)content of piglets in new iron dextran group was significantly increased compared with the control group(P<0.05).5)The contents of serum transferrin,serum iron and liver iron of piglets in new fer-ric anhydride group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),and the relative expression level of liver ferrimodulin gene was significantly up-regu
