摘 要:本试验旨在探究饲粮添加迷迭香酸对堆型艾美耳球虫攻毒肉鸡生长性能、免疫机能和炎症反应的影响。选用1日龄雄性黄羽肉鸡360羽,随机分为6组,每组6个重复,每个重复10羽。对照组、攻毒对照组饲喂基础饲粮,阳性对照组在基础饲粮中添加20 mg/kg地克珠利,试验组在基础饲粮中分别添加40、80和160 mg/kg迷迭香酸,在14日龄对攻毒对照组、阳性对照组和试验组进行堆型艾美耳球虫攻毒,试验期为56 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,堆型艾美耳球虫攻毒后肉鸡第4、7、10天每克粪便中卵囊数量(OPG),21日龄肝脏指数、脾脏指数、血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性以及血清与肝脏补体3(C3)、补体4(C4)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量均显著上升(P<0.05),15~21日龄平均日增重、21日龄血清免疫球蛋白M(IgM)与肝脏免疫球蛋白A(IgA)含量显著下降(P<0.05)。2)与攻毒对照组相比,饲粮添加160 mg/kg迷迭香酸显著降低了堆型艾美耳球虫攻毒肉鸡OPG(攻毒后第4、7、10天),21日龄肝脏指数、血清谷丙转氨酶活性以及血清与肝脏C3、C4、IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α含量(P<0.05),显著提高了15~21日龄平均日增重以及21日龄血清中IgA和IgM含量(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加160 mg/kg迷迭香酸能缓解堆型艾美耳球虫感染引起的肉鸡生长减缓,提高其免疫机能,抑制肝脏炎症。This study aimed to investigate the effects of rosmarinic acid(RA)on growth performance immune function and inflammatory response of broilers challenged with Eimeria acervulina(E.acervulina).Three hundred and sixty 1-day-old health yellow broilers were randomly divided into six groups with six repetitions per group and ten chicken per repetition.Broilers in control group and challenged control group were fed a bas-al diet,those in positive control group were fed the basal diet supplemented with 20 mg/kg diclazuril,and those in experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 40,80 and 160 mg/kg RA,respective-ly.Broilers in the challenged control group,positive control group and experimental groups were challenged with E.acervulina at day 14.The experimental period was 56 days.The results showed as follows:1)com-pared with the control group,the oocysts per gram of feces(OPG)of days 4,7 and 10,liver index,spleen index,serum alanine transaminase(ALT)activity,and the serum and liver contents of complement 3(C3),complement 4(C4),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)at 21 days of age were increased significantly after the E.acervulina challenge(P<0.05),while the average daily gain(ADG)at 15 to 21 days of age,serum immunoglobulin M(IgM)and liver immunoglobulin A(IgA)contents at 21 days of age were decreased significantly after the E.acervulina challenge(P<0.05).2)Com-pared with the challenged control group,supplementation of 160 mg/kg RA decreased significantly the OPG)of days 4,7 and 10,liver index,serum ALT activity and the contents of C3,C4,IL-1β,IL-6,TNF-αin se-rum and liver at 21 days of age for broilers challenged with E.acervulina(P<0.05),but increased significant-ly the ADG at 15 to 21 days of age,serum IgA and IgM contents at 21 days of age for broilers challenged with E.acervulina(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary supplementation of 160 mg/kg RA can alleviate the growth retardation caused by E.acervuline infection,improve the immune function and inhibit the hep
