摘  要:本试验旨在研究环境温度和金荞麦提取物添加水平对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及血清生化和免疫指标的影响。采用3×4的二因子完全随机试验设计,将192只30周龄的健康长顺绿壳蛋鸡分为12个组,每组4个重复,每个重复4只鸡。二因子分别为环境温度和金荞麦提取物添加水平,环境温度分别为20、28和33℃,金荞麦提取物添加水平分别为0、200、400和800 mg/kg。试验期9周。结果表明:1)产蛋率和平均日采食(ADFI)随环境温度的升高显著降低(P<0.05)。金荞麦提取物添加水平为400和800 mg/kg时产蛋率显著高于金荞麦提取物添加水平为0和200 mg/kg时(P<0.05)。环境温度和金荞麦提取物添加水平的互作对产蛋率和ADFI有显著影响(P<0.05)。2)蛋白高度随环境温度的升高显著升高(P<0.05),蛋壳强度和蛋黄颜色随环境温度的升高显著降低(P<0.05)。金荞麦提取物添加水平为200、400和800 mg/kg时蛋壳强度、蛋黄颜色显著高于金荞麦提取物添加水平为0 mg/kg时(P<0.05),金荞麦提取物添加水平为400 mg/kg时哈氏单位显著高于金荞麦提取物添加水平为0 mg/kg时(P<0.05)。环境温度和金荞麦提取物添加水平的互作对蛋壳强度、蛋黄重、蛋黄颜色和哈氏单位有显著影响(P<0.05)。3)环境温度、金荞麦提取物添加水平及二者的互作对全蛋氨基酸含量无显著影响(P>0.05)。4)环境温度为22和28℃时蛋黄二十二碳六烯酸含量显著高于环境温度为33℃时(P<0.05)。金荞麦提取物添加水平为200、400和800 mg/kg时蛋黄花生四烯酸和二十二碳六烯酸含量显著高于金荞麦提取物添加水平为0 mg/kg时(P<0.05)。环境温度和金荞麦提取物添加水平的互作对蛋黄棕榈油酸、亚油酸、花生三烯酸、二十二碳六烯酸、单不饱和脂肪酸和多不饱和脂肪酸含量有显著影响(P<0.05)。5)环境温度为28和33℃时血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)活性和葡萄糖(GLU)�This experiment was conducted to study the effects of ambient temperature and Fagopyrum dibotrys extract supplemental level on performance,egg quality and serum biochemical and immune indices of laying hens.A 3×4 two factor completely random experimental design was adopted,a total of 196 thirty-week-old healthy Changshun green-eggshell laying hens were randomly divided into 12 groups with 4 replicates per group and 4 chickens per replicate.Two factors were ambient temperature and Fagopyrum dibotrys extract supplemental level,the ambient temperatures were 20,28 and 33℃,respectively;the Fagopyrum dibotrys extract supplemen-tal levels were 0,200,400 and 800 mg/kg,respectively.The experiment lasted for 9 weeks.The results showed as follows:1)the laying rate and average daily feed intake(ADFI)were significantly decreased with the ambi-ent temperature increased(P<0.05).The laying rate of Fagopyrum dibotrys extract supplemental level of 400 and 800 mg/kg was significantly higher than that of Fagopyrum dibotrys extract supplemental level of 0 and 200 mg/kg(P<0.05).The interaction of ambient temperature and Fagopyrum dibotrys extract supplemental lev-el had significant effects on the laying rate and ADFI(P<0.05).2)The albumen height was significantly in-creased with the ambient temperature increased(P<0.05),and the eggshell strength and yolk color were signifi-cantly decreased with the ambient temperature increased(P<0.05).The eggshell strength and yolk color of Fagopyrum dibotrys extract supplemental level of 200,400 and 800 mg/kg were significantly higher than those of Fagopyrum dibotrys extract supplemental level of 0 mg/kg(P<0.05),and the Haugh unit of Fagopyrum di-botrys extract supplemental level of 400 mg/kg was significantly higher than that of Fagopyrum dibotrys extract supplemental level of 0 mg/kg(P<0.05).The interaction of ambient temperature and Fagopyrum dibotrys ex-tract supplemental level had significant effects on the eggshell strength,yolk weight,yolk color and Haugh unit(P<0.05).3)The ambient tempera
