摘 要:目前,关于新能源减速器壳体变形的研究大多集中在理论与仿真计算领域,缺乏有效的试验验证手段,因此需设计出一套壳体变形测试系统与配套试验方法体系,以标定壳体变形仿真计算结果与校核壳体实际强度。该文基于壳体变形测量原理,提出测试系统整体设计方案,并设计开发出配套壳体变形测试软件,最后采用壳体变形测试系统在某型新能源减速器上进行壳体变形试验验证,成功验证此测试系统功能性。At present,the research on shell deformation of new energy reducer is mostly focused on the field of theory and simulation calculation,and there is a lack of effective test means,so it is necessary to design a set of shell deformation testing system and matching test method system,so as to calibrate the simulation results of shell deformation and check the actual strength of the shell.In this paper,based on the principle of shell deformation measurement,the overall design scheme of the test system is put forward,and the matching shell deformation testing software is designed and developed.Finally,the shell deformation test system is used to verify the shell deformation test on a certain type of new energy reducer,and the functionality of the test system is verified successfully.
