摘 要:塔吊作为工程建设中常用的运输设备,始终贯穿于施工全过程。该文以某拟建项目现场塔吊基础设计为例,首先介绍该工程拟采用的塔吊布设;然后开展矩形板式塔吊基础设计与验算。研究结果表明,在拟建工程现场所选用T600-25U型号塔吊;塔吊基础采用钢筋为4根φ1000的桩基,双向HRB40012@350的竖向连接筋和HRB40025@200的水平筋的承台;验算得出的矩形板式塔吊基础力学性满足安全性要求。研究成果为类似工程采用矩形板式桩基础的塔吊基础设计与验算提供指导。As a commonly used transportation equipment in engineering construction,tower crane always runs through the whole process of construction.Taking the foundation design of the tower crane on the site of a proposed project as an example,this paper first introduces the layout of the tower crane to be used in the project,and then carries out the foundation design and checking calculation of the rectangular plate tower crane.The research results show that the T600-25U tower crane is selected at the proposed project site,and the tower crane foundation adopts foundation piles with 4φ1000 steel bars,two-way vertical connection bars of HRB40012@350 and horizontal bars of HRB40025@200.The mechanical properties of the tower crane foundation obtained from the calculation meet the safety requirements.The results of the study provide guidance for the design and verification of tower crane foundations with rectangular slab pile foundations for similar projects.
