摘  要:以眉山市第二污水处理厂剩余污泥为研究对象,选用L9(33)正交表,以PAM投加浓度、超声时间及声能密度为考察因素,对污泥在进行真空抽滤时的脱水时间作为考察指标,优化污泥脱水预处理参数,并对优化工艺进行放大验证实验。正交试验显示:当PAM投加量为0.8‰,超声时间为80 s,声能密度为0.024 W/mL时,污泥真空抽滤时间最短,脱水性能最好。放大验证实验结果与正交结果一致,进一步证明数据的可靠性。Taking the excess sludge of the second sewage treatment plant in Meishan City as the research object,the L9(33)orthogonal table was selected,and the PAM concentration,ultrasonic time and sound energy density were taken as factors,the dewatering time of sludge during vacuum filtration was taken as the index,the pretreatment parameters of sludge dewatering were optimized,and the scale-up verification experiment of the optimized process was carried out.The orthogonal experiment shows that when the dosage of PAM is 0.8‰,the ultrasonic time is 80 s and the sound energy density is 0.024 W/mL,the vacuum filtration time of sludge is the shortest and the dewatering performance is the best.The magnification verification experimental results are consistent with the orthogonal results,which further proves the reliability of the data.
