摘　　要：数字化转型给汽车零部件制造企业的转型发展提供新的机遇,对汽车零部件制造企业数字化车间智能制造管理系统进行分析研究有助于促进汽车零部件制造企业数字化转型升级。以B汽车零部件制造公司数字化车间智能制造管理系统为研究对象,分析B公司在运营管理、质量管理、设备管理等方面数字化车间智能制造管理系统的应用,并提出后续B公司数字化车间智能制造管理系统的优化方案。研究B公司在数字化时代核心竞争力的提升,同时也为其他汽车零部件制造企业数字化转型升级提供一定的参考。Digital transformation provides a new opportunity for the transformation and development of auto parts manufacturing enterprises.The analysis and research on the intelligent manufacturing management system of digital workshop of auto parts manufacturing enterprises is helpful to promote the digital transformation and upgrading of auto parts manufacturing enterprises.Taking the intelligent manufacturing management system of digital workshop of B auto parts manufacturing company as the research object,this paper analyzes the application of intelligent manufacturing management system of digital workshop of B company in operation management,quality management and equipment management,and puts forward the optimization scheme of intelligent manufacturing management system of digital workshop of B company.Research on the improvement of the core competitiveness of company B in the digital age,but also for other auto parts manufacturing enterprises to provide some reference for digital transformation and upgrading.
