有砟高铁轨距精调的作业模式优化研究

摘  要:国家“八纵八横”高速铁路网的快速建成,轨道维护的工作越来越重要。轨距精调工作是轨道维护的基础作业,提高轨道精调有效性是确保线路质量长期保持达标,降低轨道质量指数(TQI)重要途径。为达到综合检测列车轨距TQI目标值,从减少线路几何尺寸病害,全面维持线路设备动态状态,提高旅客舒适度,提高线路设备运行品质等方面优化线路养护轨距精调工作作业模式。安全、有序、高效地推进轨道轨距精调工作,建立固化精调模式,明确方法流程,是保证轨距精调作业高质量的必经之路。With the rapid construction of the eight vertical and eight horizontal frame network of the national high-speed network,track maintenance is becoming more and more important.Gauge fine adjustment is the basic operation of track maintenance.Improving the effectiveness of track fine adjustment is an important way to ensure that the line quality meets the standards for a long time and to reduce the track quality index(TQI).In order to achieve the target value of comprehensive detection of train gauge TQI,reduce the disease of line geometry,comprehensively maintain the dynamic state of line equipment,improve passenger comfort and improve the operation quality of line equipment,a new subject for fine adjustment of track gauge for line maintenance is put forward.Promoting the fine adjustment of rail gauge safely,orderly and efficiently,establishing the solidified fine adjustment mode and defining the method flow are the only way to ensure the high quality of rail gauge fine adjustment.
