中控ECS-700在烃类生产中的应用

摘　　要：ECS-700系统是浙江中控DCS系统在企业中应用较广泛的系统。该系统拥有集成化的系统结构和系统应用软件,并融合最新的现场总线技术和网络技术,可帮助用户及时获得工艺过程信息,提高自动化水平,降低维护成本,实现企业高效能。基于以上优势,在烃类生产中应用中控ECS-700系统。结合现场实际和相关资料,首先简单介绍ECS-700 DCS的系统结构,重点说明该系统在实际中的应用,如系统硬件配置、组态软件,功能块应用,列举一些特殊控制方案的组态方法。ECS-700 system is a widely used system in Zhejiang central control DCS system in enterprises.The system has integrated system structure and system application software,and integrates the latest fieldbus technology and network technology,which can help users to obtain process information in time,improve the level of automation,reduce maintenance costs and achieve high efficiency of enterprises.Based on the above advantages,the central control ECS-700 system is applied in hydrocarbon production.Combined with the field practice and related data,firstly,the system structure of ECS-700 DCS is briefly introduced,focusing on the practical application of the system,such as system hardware configuration,configuration software,function block application,and enumerating the configuration methods of some special control schemes.
