摘  要:介绍235/75R17.5低滚动阻力子午线轮胎的设计优化。结构设计参数不变,即外直径794 mm,断面宽236mm,行驶面宽度188mm,行驶面弧度高6mm,胎圈着合直径443.5mm,胎圈着合宽度184mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)1.00286。采取优化措施为:采用低滚动阻力胎面胶和胎侧胶配方,胎面采用胎冠胶+小翼胶复合形式挤出,胎体采用3×0.24/9×0.225CCST钢丝帘线替代3+9×0.22+0.15NT钢丝帘线,带束层采用2+7×0.30ST钢丝帘线替代4+3×0.33ST和3+9+15×0.22+0.15NT钢丝帘线,优化胎圈部位材料分布,采用低温硫化工艺。成品性能试验结果表明,优化轮胎的耐久性能提高,高速性能达到企业标准要求,滚动阻力系数为6.12 N·kN^(-1),满足市场要求。The design optimization of 235/75R17.5 radial tire with low rolling resistance was introduced.The structural design parameters remain unchanged,that was as follows:overall diameter 794 mm,cross-sectional width 236 mm,width of running surface 188 mm,arc height of running surface 6 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 443.5 mm,bead width at rim seat 184 mm,and maximum width position of cross–section(H1/H2)1.00286.In the optimized construction design,the compounds with low rolling resistance were adopted in the tread and sidewall,while the co-extruded tread was constructed in the form of crowns and small wings.Moreover,the 3×0.24/9×0.225CCST steel cord was applied to replace the 3+9×0.22+0.15NT steel cord in the carcass,and the 2+7×0.30ST steel cord was used in the belt instead of the 4+3×0.33ST and 3+9+15×0.22+0.15NT steel cords.The material distribution of the bead was also optimized,and the low temperature vulcanization process was adopted.The test results of the finished tire showed that the durability of the optimized tire was improved,the high speed performance met the requirements of the enterprise standard,and the rolling resistance coefficient was 6.12 N·kN^(-1),meeting the market requirements.
