摘 要:油田生产系统中广泛存在的硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)导致的腐蚀危害问题,已成为全世界油田生产及研发人员普遍关注和急需解决的技术难题。物理防治SRB危害的方法不太适合油田现场使用或只能局部缓解且不一定总是有效;投加化学杀菌剂虽能有效抑制SRB生长,但由于价格、环境毒害和抗药性等问题也难以获得满意的效果;微生物防治SRB危害的方法以其新型、高效、环保等特点已日益得到广泛的重视和青睐,并有望成为今后防治SRB危害的研发和应用的突破点。本文即针对微生物防治方法在处理SRB危害这一问题的最新研究进展,包括相应的治理微生物及作用机理进行了综述和分析,并对今后的发展与努力方向进行了总结与展望。Corrosion and other revelant damage caused by the widely present Sulfate-Reducing Bacterial(SRB)in the oilfield production systems,have already become a common-concerned technical problem needed to be resolved imperatively for the oilfield production and research members.Physical methods for SRB control could not be suitable for the field-use or would be only partly alleviated,and are not always effective.Although adding chemical biocide could inhibit the growth of SRB effectively,they could not be satisfied yet as a result of the cost,environment-hazard,drug resistance as well as some other concerns.Approaches for microbial control of SRB have already gained considerable attention and favor for the novelty,efficiency,pro-environment and some other features,and are expected to be the breakthrough in research and development of the prevention and control of SRB in the future.In this study,the latest research advance in microbial methods for SRB prevention and control including the related microorganism and mechanism are overviewed,and the future developing and striving directions are also summaried and proposed.
