摘 要:管道服役期间由于腐蚀、机械损伤和第三方活动,可能发生油气泄漏断裂失效事故。换管适用于多种缺陷类型以及大量油气泄漏且不能应用堵漏夹具的情形。随着长输管道大口径、高压力和高钢级发展趋势,介绍了管道换管修复技术对数字化、智能化、时效性和安全性的需求。为指导管道企业科学高效开展换管修复,重点针对管沟开挖、切割技术、断管吊运、新管下管、隔离封堵、管口组对和焊接工艺等,阐述了国内外管道换管技术中关键问题的先进实践做法,有助于提高我国管道抢修技术水平。Due to corrosion,mechanical damage and third-party activities,oil and gas leakage,fracture and failure accidents may occur during pipeline service.Pipe replacement is applicable to a variety of defect types and situations where a large amount of oil and gas leaks and the plugging fixture cannot be applied.With the development trend of long-distance pipeline with large diameter,high pressure and high steel grade,the requirements of pipeline replacement repair technology for digitalization,intelligence,timeliness and safety are introduced.In order to guide pipeline enterprises to carry out pipe replacement repair in a scientific and efficient manner,the advanced practices of key issues in pipe replacement technology at home and abroad are elaborated,focusing on pipe trench excavation,cutting technology,broken pipe lifting,new pipe laying,isolation and plugging,pipe assembly and welding technology,which will help to improve the technical level of pipeline repair in China.
