摘　　要：选用含杂萘联苯结构的聚芳醚酮腈为主要成膜物质,螺旋碳纳米管作为功能性填料,筛选合适的分散剂、消泡剂等,获得性价比高的耐高温且耐氢氟酸的高性能涂料。该产品主要用于垃圾焚烧发电厂反应塔、除尘器、洗涤塔、烟气管道等部位的涂装。漆膜不仅在钢、铁、铝和PVE等材质上具有优异的附着力,还具有长期耐高温、耐氢氟酸、耐混酸、优异的防腐性和耐磨性。最重要的是该产品以有机物为成膜物质,不会出现粉化,耐磨差等问题。Poly(aryl ether ketone nitrile)containing heteronaphthalene biphenyl structure was selected as the main film-forming material,and spiral carbon nanotubes were used as functional fillers.Suitable dispersants and defoamers were selected to obtain high-performance coatings with high cost performance,high temperature resistance,and hydrofluoric acid resistance.This product is mainly used for coating the reaction tower,dust collector,washing tower,flue gas pipeline and other parts of garbage incineration power plants.The paint film not only has excellent adhesion on materials such as steel,iron,aluminum,and PVE,but also has long-term high-temperature resistance,hydrofluoric acid resistance,mixed acid resistance,excellent anti-corrosion and wear resistance.The most important thing is that the product uses organic matter as the film-forming material,which will not cause problems such as pulverization and poor wear resistance.
