摘　　要：无溶剂刚性聚氨酯是一种快速固化、施工效率高的重防腐材料,近年来逐渐在埋地输水钢管管件中得到大量应用,本文主要从基材处理、施工工艺、温度、检验等方面分析无溶剂刚性聚氨酯在管件施工中产生的问题及常用解决方法,为相关工艺应用提供参考借鉴。Solvent free rigid polyurethane is a fast curing and high construction efficiency heavyduty anti-corrosion material,which has gradually been widely used in buried water transmission steel pipe fittings in recent years.This article mainly analyzes the problems and common solutions of solvent free rigid polyurethane in pipe construction from the aspects of substrate treatment,construction process,temperature,inspection,etc.,providing reference for relevant process applications.
