清心抗炎饮治疗小儿急性柯萨奇B病毒性心肌炎邪毒侵心证临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察清心抗炎饮治疗小儿急性柯萨奇B病毒性心肌炎邪毒侵心证的效果。方法:86例按随机数字表法分为两组各43例,对照组给予西药治疗,观察组给予清心抗炎饮治疗。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组证候积分均降低(P<0.05),观察组降低更显著(P<0.05)。治疗后两组血清CK-MB、LDH、CPK水平均下降(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组血清TNF-α、IL-6水平均下降(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:清心抗炎饮治疗急性病毒性心肌炎邪毒侵心证疗效较好。Objective:To observe the effect of Clearing Heart and Anti-inflammatory Decoction in the treatment of acute Coxsackie B viral myocarditis with pathogenic toxin invading heart syndrome in children.Methods:Eighty-six cases were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,43 cases in each group.The control group were treated with western medicine,while the observation group were treated with Clearing Heart and Anti-inflammatory Decoction.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the syndrome scores of the two groups decreased(P<0.05),and the observation group decreased more significantly(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CK-MB,LDH and CPK in serum in the two groups decreased(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-αand IL-6 in serum in the two groups decreased(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clearing Heart and Anti-inflammatory Decoction has a good curative effect on acute viral myocarditis with pathogenic toxin invading heart syndrome.
