中药泡脚方辅治不宁腿综合征寒湿瘀阻型疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药泡脚方辅治维持性血液透析(MHD)继发不宁腿综合征(RLS)寒湿瘀阻型的效果。方法:60例采用随机数字表法分为对照组和干预组各30例,两组均予血液透析治疗,并加口服巴喷丁,干预组联合中药泡脚方治疗。结果:总有效率干预组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组中医症状评分、血浆黏度、全血低切黏度及全血高切黏度、hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α、IRLS、PSQI、HAMD、HAMA均降低,VAS提高(P<0.05),干预组变化幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:中药泡脚方辅治MHD继发RLS寒湿瘀阻型疗效较好。Objective:To observe the effect ofChinese herbal foot soaking prescription in the treatment of maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)secondary restless legs syndrome(RLS)with cold dampness and blood stasis.Methods:Sixty cases were divided into the control group and the intervention group by random number table method,30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with hemodialysis and oral bapentine and the intervention group were treated with Chinese herbal foot soaking prescription.Results:The total effective rate of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of TCM symptoms,plasma viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity and whole blood high shear viscosity,hs-CRP,IL-6,TNF-α,IRLS,PSQI,HAMD and HAMA in the two groups all decreased,and VAS increased(P<0.05).The change range of the intervention group was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of Chinese herbal foot soaking prescription in adjuvant treatment of RLS secondary to MHD with cold dampness and blood stasis type is better.
