连续性血液净化联合参芪地黄汤治疗急性肾损伤临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察连续性血液净化联合参芪地黄汤治疗急性肾损伤的效果。方法:60例随机分为两组各30例,两组均给予连续性血液净化治疗,观察组加用参芪地黄汤。结果:治疗后两组中医证候积分及炎性因子、肾功能均改善,而观察组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:连续性血液净化联合参芪地黄汤治疗急性肾损伤可改善临床症状,并控制机体炎症状态,改善肾功能,安全性高。Objective:To observe the effect of continuous blood purification combined with Shenqi Dihuang Decoction in the treatment of acute kidney injury.Methods:Sixty cases were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with continuous blood purification,and the observation group were treated with Shenqi Dihuang Decoction in addition.Results:After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes,inflammatory factors and renal function were improved in both groups,and the improvement in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Continuous blood purification combined with Shenqi Dihuang Decoction in the treatment of acute kidney injury could improve clinical symptoms,control the body‘s inflammatory state and improve renal function,with high safety.
