赵氏雷火灸结合穴位放血治疗中风后肩痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察穴位放血结合雷火灸治疗中风后肩痛的临床疗效。方法:140例随机分为治疗组和对照组各70例。治疗组用穴位放血及雷火灸治疗,对照组用常规康复训练。结果:两组治疗后简化Fugl-Meyer上肢运动功能积分、肩部疼痛程度(VAS评分)及改良Barthel指数均改善,治疗组改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论:穴位放血结合雷火灸治疗中风后肩痛疗效较好。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupoint bloodletting combined with thunder fire moxibustion in the treatment of shoulder pain after stroke.Methods:A total of 140 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,70 cases in each group.The treatment group were treated with acupoint bloodletting and thunder fire moxibustion,while the control group were treated with routine rehabilitation training.Results:After treatment,the simplified Fugl-Meyer upper limb motor function score,shoulder pain degree(VAS score)and modified Barthel index were improved in both groups,and the improvement in the treatment group was more obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint bloodletting combined with thunder fire moxibustion is effective in the treatment of shoulder pain after stroke.
