摘　　要：该文以“互联网+”时代为背景,以房地产开发企业施工管理为例,探讨了会计专业技能型人才培养的策略。重点分析了“互联网+”时代对会计专业的影响,通过案例剖析阐述了会计技能在房地产开发企业施工管理中的应用,提出了培养适应“互联网+”时代需求的会计专业技能型人才的策略,强调了会计专业技能型人才培养的重要性,展望了未来的发展方向。Taking the“Internet plus”era as the background and the construction management of real estate devel⁃opment enterprises as an example,this paper discusses the cultivation strategy of skilled talents in accounting.Fo⁃cusing on the influence of the“Internet plus”era on the accounting profession,it expounds the application of ac⁃counting skills in the construction management of real estate development enterprises through case analysis,puts forward the strategy of cultivating skilled talents in accounting who meet the needs of the“Internet plus”era,em⁃phasizes the importance of cultivating skilled talents in accounting,and looks forward to the future development direction.
