祛疣方联合火针治疗多发性跖疣临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察祛疣方联合火针治疗多发性跖疣的疗效。方法:96例随机分为治疗组和对照组各48例。治疗组用祛疣方外洗联合火针治疗,对照组用液氮冷冻治疗。结果:愈显率治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平均上升,CD8+水平均下降(P<0.05),治疗组变化幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:祛疣方联合火针治疗多发性跖疣疗效较好,复发少。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Quyou Decoction combined with fire needle in the treatment of multiple verruca plantaris.Methods:Ninety-six cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,48 cases in each group.The treatment group were treated with external washing of Quyou Decoction combined with fire needle,while the control group were treated with liquid nitrogen freezing.Results:The markedly effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in the two groups increased,and the level of CD8+decreased(P<0.05).The change range of the treatment group was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Quyou Decoction combined with fire needle therapy is effective in the treatment of multiple verruca plantaris,with less recurrence.
