摘  要:刺绣质感的矢量模拟在纺织品数码印花领域有着广阔的应用前景,其中尤其是对传统手工刺绣肌理效果的模拟。在现有的研究中,对刺绣效果的模拟通常借助位图图像处理软件,因此易导致印花面料刺绣图案失真等。本文提出了一种基于区块划分与矢量折线填充方法的仿手工刺绣质感的模拟技术,该技术采用不同的区块组合来表示刺绣图案的不同区域,并在不同区块内填充不同参数的折线形成模拟刺绣效果。基于区块划分与矢量折线填充的刺绣图案模拟方法解决了传统位图法模拟刺绣效果清晰度差与风格单调的问题。实验结果表明,本文所提方法能够实现对手工刺绣效果的视觉质感模拟,通过该方法绘制的刺绣图案能够较好地应用在丝绸面料数码印花领域。At present,controlled color patterns can be formed on textile fabrics through embroidery,jacquard and printing processes.Among them,printed fabrics dominate the fabric market due to the complexity and high cost of embroidery and jacquard production processes compared with printing processes.In order to innovate printed fabric products,researchers try to simulate the effect of textiles with special texture through printing process,such as fabric with hand-embroidered texture.Traditional techniques for simulating embroidery effect are mainly divided into two kinds,of which one is based on realistic graphics rendering,and the other is based on developed mature embroidery software.However,there is a lack of user interaction in simulating embroidery texture based on realistic graphics,and the addition of user creativity is ignored.Meanwhile,the high technical barriers prevent most pattern designers from practicing.At the same time,the embroidery pattern generated based on embroidery software has a single style and stiff stitch connection,which makes it unable to effectively simulate the texture of handmade embroidery.To solve the problems of poor picture definition and monotonous style of commercial embroidery simulation software and uncontrollable simulation of hand embroidery effect based on non-realistic graphics technology,a texture simulation method based on block division and vector polyline filling was proposed herein.Firstly,the reasons of embroidery texture in the real world were analyzed based on the principle of realistic graphics,and the key elements of simulating embroidery texture were analyzed from the perspective of illumination model based on physics.Secondly,the problems of the existing embroidery texture simulation techniques were analyzed from the perspective of optical characteristics and geometric details,and the corresponding improvement strategies were put forward.Then,the feature vectors in the original image were automatically extracted with the edge tangential flow algorithm,and the conversi
