摘 要:依托海南西环铁路新建隧道爆破工程,选择三角形等效爆破荷载模拟爆破过程。结合现场爆破振动监测,验证隧道爆破三维模型的准确性。进而逐级提高爆破荷载,分析5、10、15、20、25倍五种爆破荷载工况下,隧道围岩塑性区分布情况、既有铁路隧道衬砌结构的爆破振动速度和拉应力变化规律。结果表明:新建隧道爆破开挖时,既有隧道衬砌结构迎爆侧拱肩爆破振动合速度最大,仰拱一直处于受拉状态;随着爆破荷载不断提高,隧道围岩塑性区范围不断扩大,既有隧道衬砌结构最大爆破振动速度和最大拉应力均不断增大;当采用20倍爆破荷载作用时,既有隧道衬砌结构迎爆侧边墙最大爆破振动速度为29.90 cm/s。Based on the new tunnel blasting project of Hainan west ring railway,the accuracy of 3D model of tunnel blasting was verified through combining the triangular equivalent blasting load selected to simulate the blasting process and on-site blasting vibration monitoring.Then,the plastic zone distribution of the tunnel surrounding rock,the variation law of blasting vibration speed and tensile stress of the existing railway tunnel lining structure under the five blasting load conditions of 5,10,15,20 and 25 times were analyzed,respectively.The results show that during the blasting excavation of a new tunnel,the maximum combined vibration velocity facing the blasting side occurs at the arch shoulder,and the invert remains in a tensile state.With the continuous increase of blasting load,the plastic zone scope of tunnel surrounding rock continues to expand,and the maximum blasting vibration velocity and maximum tensile stress of the existing tunnel lining structure continue to increase.When 20 times the blasting load is applied,the maximum blasting vibration velocity of the sidewall facing the blasting side of the lining structure of the existing tunnel is 29.90 cm/s.
