摘 要:以钢铁冶炼产生的底灰作为泡沫轻质土的主要原材料,分别单掺表面活性剂类稳泡剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(Sodium Alcohol Ether Sulphate,AES)和增稠类稳泡剂羧甲基纤维素(Carboxymethyl Cellulose,CMC),开展发泡倍率试验、泌水率和沉降距试验、无侧限抗压强度试验和扫描电子显微镜试验,分析了AES与CMC对泡沫稳定性能的改善效果,以及对冶炼底灰泡沫轻质土力学性能和孔隙结构的影响。结果表明:发泡剂的发泡倍率随AES掺量增加而增大,CMC对发泡倍率影响甚微;随稳泡剂掺量增加,泡沫的泌水率和沉降距总体上先减小后小幅增大,单掺时AES、CMC最优掺量分别为30%、10%;掺入CMC后,冶炼底灰泡沫轻质土内部孔隙结构恶化,力学性能衰减严重;掺入AES后冶炼底灰泡沫轻质土内部孔隙孔径更小更致密,AES掺量为30%时3、7、28 d无侧限抗压强度分别达到0.83、1.38、1.71 MPa,可用作冶炼底灰泡沫轻质土的稳泡剂。In this study,we explore the utilization of steel smelting waste,known as bottom ash,as a primary raw material for foam lightweight soil.We investigate the impact of two foam stabilizers,sodium alcohol ether sulphate(AES)and carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC),on foam stability,the mechanical properties and pore structure of smelting bottom ash foam lightweight soil.Through experiments on foaming expansion ratio,water drainage rate,settling distance,unconfined compressive strength,and scanning electron microscopy,we assess the performance of AES and CMC.The results indicate that increasing the AES content enhances the foaming expansion ratio,while CMC has a marginal impact.The addition of stabilizers initially reduces the water drainage rate and settling distance but shows a slight increase at higher concentrations.The optimal single-mixing ratios are found to be 30%for AES and 10%for CMC.Moreover,the introduction of CMC leads to a deterioration in the internal pore structure of the smelting bottom ash foam lightweight soil,resulting in a significant decline in mechanical properties.Conversely,the incorporation of AES results in smaller and denser pore structures.At an AES content of 30%,the unconfined compressive strength reaches 0.83,1.38,and 1.71 MPa at 3,7,and 28 d,respectively,making it a viable foam stabilizer for smelting bottom ash foam lightweight soil.
