摘　　要：目的探讨单光子发射计算机体层摄影术/电子计算机断层扫描(single photon emission computed tomography/computed tomography,SPECT/CT)局部淋巴显像在乳腺癌术后淋巴水肿中的应用效果,总结护理经验。方法2019年7月—2022年7月本院核医学科给予29例乳腺癌术后患者实施SPECT/CT局部淋巴显像,在检查前、检查中及检查后给予做好针对性护理工作。结果29例乳腺癌术后患者局部淋巴显像过程顺利,图像清晰,其中术后患肢淋巴管完全性梗阻9例(31.0%),淋巴管不完全性梗阻17例(58.7%),淋巴管通畅或无明显异常3例(10.3%)。检查过程患者表示注射点轻度疼痛,而且正常上肢疼痛感强于患肢,注射部位渗血4例(13.8%),经对症护理后恢复。结论做好SPECT/CT局部淋巴显像乳腺癌术后患者检查前、检查中及检查后护理工作,可确保患者顺利完成检查。Objective To study the effect of single photon emission computed tomography/computed tomography(SPECT/CT)on postoperative local lymphatic imaging in breast cancer patients with lymphedema and summarize the experience in care for them.Methods From July 2019 to July 2022,postoperative local lymphatic imaging with SPECT/CT was performed on 29 breast cancer patients in the nuclear medicine department of our hospital.The care was done for the patients pertinently before,during,and after the examination.Results The local lymphatic imaging was successfully performed in all the patients,with the clear images produced.By imaging diagnosis,the images uncovered 9 cases(31.0%)of complete obstruction of the affected limb lymphatic vessels,17 cases(58.7%)of incomplete obstruction or reflux obstruction,and 3 cases(10.3%)of unobstructed or no obvious abnormality.During the imaging performance,the patients reported mild pain at the injection site,and more pain in the non-affected limb than in the affected limb.Four cases(13.8%)were observed to have bleeding at the injection site,which was healed after the care was symptomatically given.Conclusion Nursing care properly done before,during,and after postoperative SPECT/CT local lymphatic imaging for breast cancer patients can ensure smooth completion of the imaging examination.
