摘 要:目前地质力学模型试验的量测方法主要为电子量测、光纤光栅量测等接触式量测方式,而接触式量测设备在布置过程中都会对模型结构造成一定影响。为探究从能量角度分析地质力学模型试验的可能性,实现试验过程中非接触、具象化量测的目的,在胶凝砂砾石坝地质力学模型试验中,采用红外热成像实时量测技术对模型超载破坏试验进行量测研究。研究结果表明:(1)模型地基中结构面在外荷载作用下发生挤压、错动时,会导致其局部温度上升。因此模型热成像的对比度及材料温度变化值,可作为判别大坝失稳的依据。(2)在模型材料破坏试验中,通过热成像仪得到材料破坏的温度变化值ΔT在1.2~1.8℃范围内,破坏区域出现明显温度变化,从试验现场和红外图像上均可发现明显异常,并以此提出基于热成像试验的破坏判据。(3)当模型试验超载至超载安全系数K p=6.6时,其热像图中地基各结构面贯通区域温度变化值均达到破坏阈值,此时试验大坝发生滑移翻转的失稳破坏。利用红外热成像技术可以对模型结构的表面温度开展有效、实时且准确的监测,为后续的地质力学模型试验开展提供新的量测手段和分析角度。At present,the measurement methods of geomechanical model tests are mainly contacted measurement methods such as electronic measurement and fiber grating measurement,and the contact measurement equipment will affect the model structure in the process of arrangement.In order to explore the possibility of analyzing the geomechanical model test from the energy point of view and to realize the purpose of non-contact and figurative measurement during the test,infrared thermal imaging real-time measurement technology was adopted to measure the model overload damage test in the geomechanical model test of cemented sand and gravel dam(CSG dam for short).The results of the study showed that:(1)the structural surfaces such as faults,fractures,and joints in the model will lead to local temperature rise when the structural surface in the model foundation is extruded and misshaped under external load;it will cause its local temperature to rise;the contrast of model thermography and the value of material temperature change can be used as a basis for discerning dam instability.(2)In the model material damage test,the temperature change valueΔT of material damage was obtained by thermal imager in the range of 1.2-1.8℃,and the damage area shows obvious temperature change,and obvious anomalies can be found from the test site and infrared images,and the damage criterion based on thermal imaging test is proposed in this way.(3)When the model test was overloaded to the overload safety factor K p=6.6,the temperature change values of each structural surface penetration area of the foundation in its thermal image reached the damage threshold,and then the test dam was destabilized by slip and overturning.
