摘 要:研究旨在通过X光检测获得白羽肉鸡腿部骨骼形态影像,建立白羽肉鸡腿部健康的表型分类和评价指标,为精准选育提供智能测定方法。试验以自主选育的2651只快大型白羽肉鸡为素材,采用X光不同影像从40日龄开始评判腿部健康状况依此确定正常和患病个体,并比较其40日龄体重、28~40日龄增重和饲料转化率(FCR)的差异。采用广义线性模型估计腿部健康性状遗传力。结果显示,X光影像可清楚呈现鸡的腿部骨骼特征,可分为健康、腿骨畸形、腿骨断裂、关节积液四大表型类型。患病个体与健康个体相比,体重降低、FCR增高,达到极显著差异水平(P<0.01),且Micro-CT显示骨骼的骨量降低。通过两个世代的连续分析,腿部健康性状的遗传力为0.16,属于中等偏低遗传力性状。以上结果表明,利用X光的影像可以准确判定肉鸡腿部早期发育健康状况,实现智能活体测定并有利于早期选种。The purpose of this study was to establish a phenotypic classification and evaluation index of leg health by X-ray inspection of leg bone morphological images of white-feather broiler chickens.A total of 2651 fast-growing white-feather broiler chickens bred in-house were selected as materials,which were determined by X-ray to determine normal and diseased chickens from 40 days of age and compared the differences of body weight at 40 days of age,weight gain and feed conversion efficiency(FCR)at 28 to 40 day between the two groups.The heritability of leg health was estimated using a generalized linear model.The results showed that X-ray images could clearly present the characteristics of leg bones,which could be divided into four pheno⁃typic types:health,leg bone deformity,leg bone fracture and joint effusion.The diseased chickens showed lower body weight and higher FCR compared to healthy,reaching a highly significant difference level(P<0.01),and Micro-CT showed that bone mass decreased.The heritability of the leg health trait was 0.16,which is a moderately low heritability trait by two consecutive genera⁃tions of analysis.The above results showed that using X-ray images could accurately determine the health status of the legs in the early development of broiler chickens,realize intelligent in vivo determination and facilitate early breed selection.
