摘  要:某电厂1000MW超超临界机组给水处理工况从氧化性全挥发处理(AVT(O))向加氧处理(OT)转化时,出现除氧器入口溶解氧异常现象。从在线监测仪表的准确性、水汽低温取样系统严密性和低压加热器严密性等方面查找原因。结果表明:低加汽侧呈负压且密封不严,导致空气吸入低加汽侧,含有较高溶氧的低加疏水经疏水泵回收至8号低加水侧出口,引起除氧器入口溶解氧升高。When the feed water treatment condition of a 1000MW ultra-supercritical unit in a power plant changes from oxidizing total volatilization treatment(AVT(O))to Oxygenated treatment(OT),the dissolved oxygen at the deaerator inlet is abnormal.Find out the reasons from the accuracy of online monitoring instruments,the tightness of water and steam low-temperature sampling system and the tightness of low-pressure heater.The results show that the low pressure heater steam side is negative pressure and the seal is not tight,resulting in air being sucked into the low pressure heater steam side,and the low pressure heater drain water containing high dissolved oxygen is recycled to the outlet of the water side of the No.8 low pressure heater through the drain pump,resulting in the increase of dissolved oxygen at the deaerator inlet.
