摘 要:本文通过对某石化企业常减压常顶换热器管束腐蚀泄漏展开调研,分析了泄漏主要原因是HCl-H_(2)S-H_(2)O型露点腐蚀、结盐垢下腐蚀和两相流冲刷综合腐蚀原因导致的管束腐蚀穿孔。采取控制原料油设防值,平稳电脱盐率≤3mg/L,优化腐蚀监测探针并指导缓蚀剂的注入量控制腐蚀速率<0.2mm/a,以及材质升级等措施来解决常顶换热器的腐蚀穿孔问题,确保其安全运行。Based on the investigation of corrosion leakage of atmospheric and vacuum overhead heat exchanger tube bundle in a petrochemical enterprise,this paper analyzes that the leakage is mainly caused by hcl-h_(2)s-h_(2)o dew point corrosion,corrosion under salt scale and two-phase flow erosion.To solve the problem of corrosion perforation of the overhead heat exchanger and ensure its safe operation,measures such as controlling the protective value of feed oil,stabilizing the electric desalting rate≤3mg/L,optimizing the corrosion monitoring probe,guiding the injection amount of corrosion inhibitor,controlling the corrosion rate<0.2mm/a,and upgrading the material were taken.
