我国行业高校转型发展路径探析——基于对原电子工业部部属高校的考察

摘　　要：回顾我国行业高校的发展历程,上百所高校或更名或消失,经历几重变革后形成如今的规模。这些保存下来的高校得益于一次又一次的成功转型,其中,原电子工业部部属高校经历70年的变化发展后仍留下4所高校延续至今。通过考察其发展的历史和现状,可以看出,行业高校的生存与发展受到国家政策和经济体制改革的双重影响,同时,对行业高校如何转型以及转型过程中遇到的问题进行探讨,该转型经历为其他行业高校提供启发。Reviewing the development history of industry-specific universities in our country.Hundreds of universities have either been renamed or disappeared, undergoing multiple transformations to reach their cur⁃rent scale.The surviving universities owe their existence to repeated successful transformations.Among them, four universities originally under the Ministry of Electronics Industry continue to thrive after 70 years of chan⁃ges and development.By examining their historical development and current status, it can be seen that the sur⁃vival and development of industry-specific universities are influenced by both national policies and economic system reforms.Simultaneously, the discussion explores how industry-specific universities transform and the challenges they face during the transformation process, providing inspiration for other industry-specific univer⁃sities.
