摘　　要：通常的热风烘干机是配备专用的控制系统。当控制系统出现问题时,只能由厂家提供维修,维修成本较高。为了解决烘干机控制系统的维修问题,本文研究了一款MCGS触摸屏结合I/O模块配置的控制系统。系统能够对以热泵、电加热、天然气燃烧机为热源的烘干机进行控制,操作及维护简单,具有良好的扩展性能。The hot air dryer is equipped with a dedicated control system.When there is a problem with the control system,it can only be repaired by the manufacturer,resulting in higher maintenance costs.In order to solve the maintenance problem of the drying machine control system,this article studies a control system configured with MCGS touch screen and I/O module.The system can control dryers using heat pumps,electric heating,and natural gas combustion engines as heat sources,with simple operation and maintenance,and good scalability.
