摘　　要：针对插电式混合动力汽车运行安全特性分析需求,本文通过采集插电式混合动力汽车的质量故障投诉信息,并对插电式混合动力汽车用户质量投诉案例进行分类分析,梳理了当前插电式混合动力汽车的主要故障类型,并分析统计了各故障类型的投诉频次与累积积分发展趋势。依据故障影响程度,确定了4类故障等级,探究了插电式混合动力汽车主要的故障模式,分析了其运行安全特性,并从生产设计、使用维护、定期检验等三个维度提出优化建议。Catering to the demand analyze the operational safety characteristics of plug-in hybrid electric vehicles,this paper collects information on quality fault complaints of plug-in hybrid electric vehicles,and conduct classifi ed analysis on cases of quality complaints from users.This paper summarizes the main fault types of plug-in hybrid electric vehicle and analyzes the frequency and trend of cumulative score of fault complaint.Based on the severity of faults,the paper determines four fault grades,and explores the main fault modes of plug-in hybrid electric vehicles.Also,the paper analyzes the operational safety characteristics of plug-in hybrid electric vehicles,and proposes optimization suggestions from the three dimensions of production design,use and maintenance,and regular inspection.
