摘 要:本文建立了测定油墨及包装印刷材料中矿物油(MOSH和MOAH)含量的气相色谱-火焰离子检测器(GC-FID)及气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)分析方法。油墨和包装印刷材料样品以乙醇/正己烷混合液进行萃取,萃取液经0.3%硝酸银固相萃取小柱纯化后分离出MOSH和MOAH两部分洗脱液,分别旋蒸浓缩后上机分析,采用GC-FID对MOSH进行定量分析,采用GC-MS对MOAH进行定性定量分析。MOSH的方法报告限为100mg/kg,MOAH方法报告限为0.2mg/kg。MOSH回收率为75%~101%,相对标准偏差为9.8%,MOAH回收率为85%~102%,相对标准偏差为7.6%。The paper set up the methods,GC-FID and GC-MS,to determine the mineral oil(MOSH and MOAH)content in inks and package printing materials.The inks and package printing materials were extracted by mixed ethanol/n-hexane solvents,then the sample extract liquid was purifi ed by 0.3%silver nitrate solid phase extraction column,and was divided into two different types of eluents to collect MOSH and MOAH,which were analyzed after rotary evaporation and concentration.The paper used the GC-FID method for quantitative analysis of MOSH,and used GC-MS method qualitative and quantitative analysis of MOAH.The reporting limit was 100mg/kg for MOSH and 0.2mg/kg for MOAH.The recovery rate range was 75%~101%for MOSH and 85%~102%for MOAH.And the RSD was 9.8%for MOSH and 7.6%for MOAH.
