摘  要:本文用全自动间断化学分析仪与离子色谱仪分别对瓶装矿泉水中硝酸盐行了测定,并对两种方法的测定值进行了比较。结果为:R2≥0.9990、RSD分别为0.47%与1.02%、回收率在84.0%~95.0%、两种仪器结果对比相对偏差为0.62%,表明两种方法线性好、精密度和准确度均稳定、可同时检测多个样品,但全自动间断化学分析仪检测硝酸盐的检出限比离子色谱低,适合矿泉水中硝酸盐低含量测定。The nitrate in bottled mineral water was determined by auto diserete analyzers and ion chromatographs,and the results of the two methods were compared.The results were as follows:R2≥0.9990,RSD values were 0.47%and 1.02%,recovery rate was between 84.0%and 95.0%,and the relative deviation of the two instruments was 0.62%,which indicates that the linearity of the two methods is excellent,their precision and accuracy are stable,and multiple samples can be detected simultaneously.But the detection limit of auto diserete analyzers for nitrate is lower than that of ion chromatographs,which are suitable for the determination of low nitrate content in mineral water.
