摘  要:种子发芽指数(GerminationIndex.GI)广泛用来评定有机肥料的腐熟程度,但在标准NY/T525-2021《有机肥料》中,不同的操作选择会导致GI结果存在差异。以蒸馏水为参照,采用同一堆肥样品为试验对象,测定条件为(25±2)℃的培养箱避光培养48h,培养皿中垫一张或两张滤纸,分别测定萝卜种子和黄瓜种子的根长和发芽率,计算GI。结果表明:培养皿中垫一张或两张滤纸,不同的浸提液黄瓜种子的GI均大于萝卜种子的GI;不同的浸提液放置两张滤纸得到的种子的平均根长及相应的GI值也均优于一张滤纸。以上结果可为NY/T525-2021《有机肥料》标准中种子发芽指数测定的条件选择作出参考。The seed germination index(GI)is widely used to assess the maturity degree of rotten organic fertilizer.According to the standard NY/T 525-2021,Organic fertilizer,different operations lead to different GI results.With distilled water as the reference,using the same compost sample as the test object,the test condition was 25±2℃,and the incubator was kept away from light for 48 hours.One or two sheets of fi lter paper were placed in the petri dishes,the root length and germination percentage of radish seeds and cucumber seeds were measured,and their GI values were calculated.The results showed that the GI of cucumber seeds was higher than that of radish seeds in different extract liquids with one or two fi lter papers.The average root length and GI value of seeds obtained from different extract liquids absorbed by two fi lter papers were better than those absorbed by one fi lter paper.The above results can be used as a reference for the selection of conditions for the determination of seed germination index in NY/T 525-2021.
