摘　　要：为降低商业服务网点经营过程中的风险,确保其安全运营,本文对商业服务网点常见的安全事故和日常经营中的安全风险进行了总结和分析,结合商业服务网点运营的实际情况,提出物业管理单位可对商业服务网点进行安全标准化管理的理念,并给出了初步解决方法,为降低商业服务网点事故发生率提供了一种新的管理思路和方法。In order to reduce the risks in the operation process of commercial service outlets and ensure their safe operation,this paper summarizes and analyzes the common safety accidents and safety risks in daily operation of commercial service outlets.On this basis,combining the actual situation of the operation of commercial service outlets,this paper proposes the concept that property management organizations can conduct standardized safety management of commercial service outlets,and provides preliminary solutions,offering a new management thinking and method to reduce the accident rate of commercial service outlets.
