摘　　要：消费品缺陷线索采集是召回监管的工作基础。消费者在产品使用过程中发现的产品故障问题是最重要的缺陷线索来源。为提高面向消费者的消费品缺陷线索采集与处理的科学性和有效性,及时发现潜在产品缺陷问题,本文基于Vue和SpringBoot框架探索建立面向消费者的缺陷线索采集系统,提高对消费品缺陷线索采集与处理效率。通过采集系统的广泛应用,实现了信息收集、信息转交和信息反馈等功能,为开展消费品缺陷调查、缺陷判定和召回效果评估提供了强有力的数据支撑。The collection of defect clues of consumer products is the basis of recall supervision.The product failures found by consumers during use is the most important source of defect clues.The aims of the paper are to improve the scientifi city and effectiveness of the collection and processing of consumer product defect clues for consumers,and to discover potential product defects in time.Based on the Vue and Spring Boot framework,this paper explores the establishment of a consumer�oriented defect clue collection system to improve the effi ciency of consumer product defect clue collection and processing.Through the wide application of the collection system,the functions of information collection,information transfer and information feedback are realized,which provides strong data support for the defect investigation,defect determination and recall effect evaluation of consumer products.
