摘  要:红土镍矿中镍含量是其关键经济指标,贸易各方尤为关注镍含量测定结果的测量不确定度。本文按照GB/T 28898-2012、CNAS-GL006:2019、RB/T 030-2020等规定对基于YS/T 820.2-2012所得丁二酮肟分光光度法测定红土镍矿中镍含量的测量不确定度进行了评定,得出的镍含量的合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度能客观、真实地反映镍含量检测结果的分散程度。镍含量测定结果的合成标准不确定度为0.015%,扩展不确定度为0.03%(取95%的置信水平,k=2)。重复性测量、制备和分取标准溶液引入的测量不确定度较大,应严格控制重复性测量、制备和分取标准溶液的操作条件。The nickel content in laterite nickel ore is the key economic index,and the trading parties pay particular attention to the uncertainty of the measurement results of nickel content.In this paper,according to GB/T 28898-2012,CNAS�GL006:2019,RB/T 030-2020 and other regulations,the uncertainty of the determination of nickel content in laterite nickel ore by dimethylglyoxime spectrophotometric has been evaluated,based on YS/T 820.2-2012.The synthetic standard uncertainty and extended uncertainty of nickel content can objectively and truly reflect the dispersion degree of nickel content test results.The synthetic standard uncertainty of the copper content determination result is 0.015%,and the extended uncertainty is 0.03%(95%confi dence level,k=2).The uncertainty of repeatability measurement,preparation and separation of standard solution is large,and the operating conditions for repeatability measurement,preparation and separation of standard solution should be strictly controlled.
