体教融合视域下我国校园冰雪运动开展的现实困境与优化路径

摘　　要：体教融合理念是指引我国校园冰雪运动开展的重要思路,新时期、新形势下探究理念内涵及指导工作的动力因素,有助于促进我国学校体育转变发展方式,推动健康中国、教育强国、体育强国的建设。当前,我国校园冰雪运动在理念升华层面,对功能真义的认知有所偏离;在资源供给层面,存在条件保障的桎梏;在需求满足层面,赛事地位相对弱化;在协同发展层面,多元主体共治体制尚未建立;在监督考核层面,评价机制有所缺失。对此现实困境,提出提高站位,打造多维推动机制;转变方式,夯实基础保障;丰富形式,构建多层次竞赛体系;创新机制,构建协作融合推广体系;制定标准,完善监督考核机制等纾解路径。旨在通过加强顶层设计,探寻校园冰雪运动可持续发展的有效路径,完善校园冰雪运动的多元教育和培养体系,为体育强国赋能,为健康中国筑基。The concept of integration of sports and education is an important idea that guides the development of campus ice and snow sports in China.Exploring the connotation of the concept and the driving factors for guiding the work in the new era and situation will help to promote the transformation of the development mode of school sports in China and promote the construction of a healthy China,a strong country in education and a leading sports nation.At present,there is a deviation in the understanding of the true meaning of the function of campus ice and snow sports in China at the level of conceptual sublimation;there are constraints on condition security at the level of resource supply;the status of the tournament is relatively weakened at the level of the demand for meeting;the pluralistic main body of the common governance system has not yet been established in the synergistic level of development;there is a lack of evaluation mechanism at the level of supervision and assessment.For the actual plight,it is proposed to improve the positioning and create a multi-dimensional driving mechanism;transform methods and consolidate basic guarantees;enrich forms and construct a multilevel competition system;innovate mechanisms and build a collaborative and integrated promotion system;establish standards,improve supervision and assessment mechanisms,and other relief paths.The aim is to strengthen the top-level design,explore the effective path for the sustainable development of campus ice and snow sports, and improve the diversified education and training system of campus ice and snow sports, so as to empower a leading sports nation and build a foundation for a healthy China.
